    Vesuvius is exceptional in every way. At first the reception gives the impression of being somewhat old-fashioned. the image does not correspond to the rest of the hotel, is perfectly preserved and everything serves to make the stay pleasant, staff is very friendly. always discreet and, above all, attentive, rooms are spacious and with many pleasant details for the stay. bathrooms are modern and functional. We especially liked the possibility of the swimming pool and sauna. with everything you can ask for, gymnasium is modern and well equipped. breakfast is the best experience we have ever had. because it is really an experience, Neapolitan specialties are exquisite. We tried the restaurant one night and. apart from the views, are magnificent, food is very tasty and offers succulent combinations, You can go everywhere on foot and. now that the promenade where the hotel is located is pedestrian, it is even more pleasant,

    The location was stunning directly opposite the Bay of Naples and met what we needed. We loved the room with balconies, the bed was extremely comfy. Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to leave, we would come there again.

    The staff was really kind and courteous, everything was good. Had classic king room with a spectacular view and a complimentary bottle to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The service provided there was exceptional.

    Some of the staff were snooty.

    The hotel is both luxurious and genuinely friendly. Our standard sea view room was of a generous size, with a charming small balcony. The bed was supremely comfortable, with linen sheets. The food in the roof top restaurant was excellent.

    We had an amazing two-day stay! The breakfast spread was excellent, and the sky lounge offered very nice views. We enjoyed our upgraded room with a nice balcony.

    Good position with good views

    I really hated the fact that Wi Fi was not available for free. I had stayed in several much cheaper hotels in Italy that did provide free Wi Fi access and the fact that Vesuvio made you pay for something that in this day and age should be a basic facility provided by every hotel left an unpleasant taste and meant thatI would never stay there again.

    Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff

    I think the room needs modification to include large mirror and carpets, also to allow more space for dressing area. The Pool is not so nice also the closing time is early for vacation.

    The rooftop bar offered amazing views, but the breakfast could use some more variety. It was a fantastic experience, just don't expect anything extravagant for a special occasion like a birthday.
